Biography Annette Luyken

Annette has played theatre over 17 years among others at the Open Air Festival in Schwäbisch Hall, Bonn Contra-Kreis, State Theatre Detmold, TAT in Frankfurt, Heilbronn, Theater im Zimmer Hamburg, Bamberg and Ingolstadt. In Hamburg she was engaged in a freelance group and was once on tour.

Important roles have been Antigone, Maria Stuart, Iphigenie on Tauris, Hedda Gabler, Frl. Julie, Brigitte from the "Broken Jug" by Heinrich von Kleist and The Old One from "The Chairs Stühle" by E. Ionesco, just to mention some.

Since the end of the seventies she has worked several times on television, e.g. in "Geliebte Knechtschaft". She also has been a permanent freelancer at the radio, first with the NDR (North German Radio) and later at the Bayerischer Rundfunk (Bavarian Radio).
